    Terms of service

    This website is run by Muaaz LLC, trading as PopTags. Throughout the Site, "we", "us" and "our" mean Muaaz LLC. We offer this website, and everything on it, to you on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions, policies and notices set out here.

    By visiting poptags.gg or buying something from us, you use our "Service" and agree to these Terms of Service, along with any other terms and policies referenced in them or linked from them. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Site, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants and anyone contributing content.

    Read these Terms before you use the Site. By using any part of it you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree to all of them, don't use the Site or the Service. If these Terms count as an offer, acceptance is limited to these Terms exactly as written.

    Anything new we add to the store falls under these Terms too. The current version is always on this page. We can update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting the change here, and it's on you to check the page from time to time. Carrying on using the Site after a change means you accept it.

    Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., who provide the ecommerce platform we sell through.

    1. Online store terms

    By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you are the age of majority where you live and have given us your consent for any of your minor dependents to use the Site.

    You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not break any law in your jurisdiction while using the Service, copyright law included. You must not send us worms, viruses or any destructive code. Breaking any of these Terms ends your Service immediately.

    We can refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

    You understand that your content, not including credit card information, may travel unencrypted, which involves transmission across various networks and changes made to fit the technical requirements of the networks or devices it passes through. Credit card information is always encrypted in transit.

    You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, any use of the Service, any access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission from us.

    The headings in this agreement are there for convenience and don't limit or affect the Terms themselves.

    We're not responsible if information on this Site is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. The material here is general information and shouldn't be the only thing you base a decision on. Check primary, more accurate, more complete or more current sources first. Relying on the material on this Site is your own risk.

    This Site may hold historical information, which by its nature isn't current and is there for reference only. We can change the contents of this Site whenever we want, but we're under no obligation to update anything on it. Watching for changes to the Site is your responsibility.

    Some products or services are available only online through this website. Returns and exchanges are available only as set out in our Refund policy.

    Everything we sell is digital. Most of our animations are built to order for the channel you give us at checkout, and a few are ready made and take no details from you at all. Nothing is shipped, and everything is delivered by email.

    We have made every effort to show the colors and images of our products as accurately as we can, and we can't guarantee that your monitor displays any color accurately.

    We can limit the sale of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and we may do that case by case. We can limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions and prices can change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We can discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this Site is void where prohibited.

    We do not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information or other material you buy or obtain from us will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

    6. Accuracy of billing and account information

    We can refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantity bought per person, per household or per order. That can include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, or the same billing address. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to reach you at the email address, billing address or phone number given when the order was placed. We can limit or refuse orders that, in our judgment, look like they come from dealers, resellers or distributors.

    You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for everything you buy from us, and to keep that information up to date, including your email address, card numbers and expiry dates, so we can complete your transactions and reach you when we need to.     7. Optional tools

    We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You agree that we provide access to those tools "as is" and "as available", with no warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, and with no endorsement. We carry no liability at all arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Using them is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should read and approve of the terms the relevant provider offers them under.

    We may also offer new services or features through the website in future, including new tools and resources. Those fall under these Terms too.

    8. Third-party links

    Some content, products and services on our Service may come from third parties, and third-party links on this Site may take you to websites that have nothing to do with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy, we make no warranty about any third-party material, website, product or service, and we take no liability or responsibility for it. You agree that they will not be libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene, and will not contain a virus or any other malware that could affect the Service or any related website. You are solely responsible for the comments you make and for their accuracy. We take no responsibility and no liability for comments posted by you or any third party.

    If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part is still enforceable to the fullest extent the law allows, and the unenforceable portion is treated as severed from these Terms. That finding does not affect the validity or enforceability of anything else here.

    16. Termination

    Obligations and liabilities that either side took on before the termination date survive the end of this agreement for all purposes.

    These Terms are in effect until you or we end them. You can end them at any time by telling us you no longer want to use our Services, or by no longer using the Site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect you have failed, to comply with any part of these Terms, we can also end this agreement at any time without notice.
