People don't forget to subscribe because they didn't like the video. They forget because nobody asked. A subscribe animation is the ask — on screen, in your channel's name, at the moment they're already enjoying it.
How it works

Choose the platform and the style. Most designs come in dark and light.

Paste your channel link at checkout. We pull your name and profile picture from it.

3We render it
Your animation is built with your name and avatar, then checked by hand before it goes out.

4Drop it in your edit
Sent to the email you ordered with, usually same day and at most 1–2 days.
Files and editors
What files will I receive?
Both versions of every animation you order: a transparent .MOV and a green screen .MP4. If you edit in VEGAS Pro, Premiere Pro, or really any popular editing software, it supports transparent files, so use the .MOV. If not, use the .MP4 and chroma key the green background out. Kick animations come on a red screen instead, because the Kick green would key out along with the background.
How do I open the transparent .MOV on Windows?
Windows needs a codec to preview .MOV files. Download the codec here. After that it is as simple as dragging and dropping the animation into your editing software. On Mac you can preview .MOV files without installing anything.
Why isn't the transparent file transparent in VEGAS Pro?
VEGAS needs to be told how to read the alpha. Drag the transparent animation into your timeline, then right click it → Properties → Media → Alpha Channel: Premultiplied. The background will drop out.
Do these work on mobile?
Yes. Every order includes a green screen version, so as long as your mobile editor supports chroma keying you can remove the solid background and use it anywhere.
Your animation
Can I get the verified checkmark?
Yes, and you can also leave it off. Roughly half of customers choose each way, so it is a real choice rather than a default.
What if my channel name is long?
The animation grows to fit it. The text never shrinks and never gets cut off, so a long name looks exactly as deliberate as a short one.
Do you do dark and light versions?
Most designs come in both. Dark is what most creators pick, but light suits brighter edits and daylight footage.
Refunds and edits
Can I get a refund on my order?
Once your animations have been delivered we cannot offer a refund, since they are made for your channel specifically. If you have not received them yet, or there is a typo or an issue with your animation, email info@poptags.gg and we will sort it.
I changed my profile picture, can you edit my animation?
We do one free revision to update your profile picture. Email info@poptags.gg and include your order number.
