    Viewers who enjoy your video still forget to subscribe. Nothing on screen asked them to. That's what these animations do. Your name and your picture, asking, while they're still watching.

    Files and editors

    What files do I get?

    Both versions of everything you order. A transparent .MOV and a green screen .MP4. If you edit in VEGAS Pro, Premiere, or honestly most editors, transparent files just work, so use the .MOV. If yours doesn't, use the .MP4 and key the green out. Kick animations come on a red screen instead, because Kick's green would disappear along with the background.

    How do I open the .MOV on Windows?

    Windows needs a codec first. Grab it here, install it, and then you can just drag the file into your editor like anything else. On Mac it already works, nothing to install.

    My transparent file isn't transparent in VEGAS Pro

    VEGAS needs to be told how to read it. Drop the file on your timeline, then right click it, Properties, Media, and set Alpha Channel to Premultiplied. The background will drop out.

    Do these work on mobile?

    Yeah. Every order has a green screen version, so if your mobile editor can chroma key, you're fine.

    Refunds and edits

    Can I get a refund?

    Once we've sent your animations we can't refund them, since they're made for your channel and nobody else can use them. If you haven't got them yet, or something's wrong with what we sent, email info@poptags.gg and we'll fix it.

    I changed my profile picture, can you redo it?

    Yeah, one free revision on that. Email info@poptags.gg with your order number.
