Refund policy

Almost everything here is built for one channel. You give us a link or a handle, and the animation comes back with your name, your picture and your platform in it. That's why the refund rules work the way they do.

Once your files have gone out

Once we've sent your animations we can't refund them. They were made for your channel and nobody else can use them, so there's nothing to take back.

A few designs have nothing personal in them, like the Like Button and the Subscribe Button. Those are still files you've already got, so the same rule applies once they're sent.

Before we've made it

If you need to cancel or change something, email info@poptags.gg as soon as you can with your order number. Orders usually go out the same day, so the sooner you write, the more we can do. If we haven't built it yet, we'll cancel it and refund you. Ask before your animation reaches you and you can have your money back. Once it's in your hands, that's it.

If something is wrong with what arrived

Email info@poptags.gg with your order number and tell us what's off. Wrong name, wrong spelling, wrong platform, a file that won't open, a file that never showed up. We fix it. That's not a refund, it's us finishing the job properly, and there's no charge for it.

Profile picture revisions

Changed your profile picture since you ordered and want the new one in there? That's one free revision, email info@poptags.gg with your order number. If we got the picture wrong, that's our mistake and it doesn't use up your revision, see the section above.

Things that aren't refunds

• Your editor won't open a transparent .MOV. That's almost always a setting or a codec, and the How it works page walks through both. Every order also ships a chroma key .MP4 you can use in any editor that can key.
• You ordered the wrong platform or the wrong style. Email us before it goes out and we'll see what we can do.
• You changed your channel name or your handle after delivery. Email us and we'll tell you what it costs to redo it.
